Osteopathic Manipulation
Osteopathic Manipulation- or OMT, is hands-on care. It involves using the hands to diagnose, treat, and prevent illness or injury. Using OMT, physicians use techniques including gentle pressure, resistance, cranial, and fascial release techniques.

Food is Medicine
Dr. Anita BodrogiDr. Anita Bodrogi graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001 and completed a residency in New York City at St. Clare's Hospital and Wyckoff Hospital. She is board certified in Osteopathic Manual Medicine and Family Practice. She settled in the North Country with her husband and son in 2004 and started her private practice.
Dr. Bodrogi practices traditional Osteopathic Medicine using manual treatment as part of her diagnostic and treatment protocol. She has studied with Dr. Mary Bayno, Dr. Anthony Capobianco, and Dr. Jim Jealous. In her ongoing medical education, she pursues competency in nutrition, wellness, mind body spirit medicine and holism, training with Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Andrew Weil and others in the functional medicine community. Dr. Bodrogi has studied meditation for twelve years with Dr. Gayle Myers and Gweneth Flack at the Intuitive Awareness Center in Vermont. Dr. Bodrogi supports the use of alternative therapies including; Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Reiki, Massage, Yoga, Meditation, Cognitive therapy and Physical therapy. She is committed to providing excellence in patient care and contributing to the health of the greater community. |
Glenn Lyons M.S., PA-CGlenn received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz, attended Baruch College (Manhattan, NY) for pre-med studies, and is a 2003 graduate of the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) and Rutgers University Physician Assistant Program.
His clinical experience includes emergency medicine, correctional medicine, and family practice. Glenn relocated from his hometown of Brooklyn NY to Plattsburgh NY in 2004 and has been in private practice with his wife Anita Bodrogi D.O. and their wonderfully supportive staff since 2007 with the addition of Shabanoo Zandi N.P., in 2016. |
Joshua Bu FNPJosh is a native of Hudson, NY and moved to Plattsburgh in 2011 to pursue studies at SUNY Plattsburgh. He subsequently earned a BS in Health and Public Policy in 2015, an AAS in Nursing from Clinton Community College in 2016, a BS in Nursing in 2019 from SUNY Plattsburgh, and his MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner Studies in 2021 from Utica College. He is a board-certified family nurse practitioner.
Josh’s professional work prior to joining the amazing team at In Health included critical-care nursing, geriatric nursing, subacute rehabilitation, and correctional nursing. He is also currently teaching within the Department of Nursing at SUNY Plattsburgh. Throughout his internship and training with Dr. Anita Bodrogi, DO, Josh has embraced the use of complementary and integrative methods as an adjunct to Western medicine, to provide his patients with a holistic and person-centered approach. He strives to promote the health and wellness of his patients and the community he serves. |
Kimberly Branham FNPKim received her Associates in Nursing from Clinton Community College. She spent the next 34 years serving Clinton County as a registered nurse in various areas such as labor and delivery, the emergency room, and ambulatory care. After years of experience, Kim returned to school receiving her undergraduate at State University of New York Plattsburgh. She then completed her Masters degree from Sage College of Troy and became a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Kim is a mother of five and grandmother of two. She is pleased to transition over to family medicine and provide primary care to a community she loves so much. |
